Trudeau and Trump: Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will meet with U.S. President Donald Trump at a gathering of NATO leaders in London today. It will be their first meeting since the Trudeau government’s re-election and is expected to include discussions about a new free trade deal that is still being debated in Congress. Medical pot portal: Shoppers Drug Mart’s online medical cannabis portal, which launched in Ontario and Alberta, is now available nationally. On Dec. 3, 1913: The Manitoba Free Press reported that Alberta would be divided into districts for the purpose of assigning seats in Parliament. In Mexico, seven generals were reportedly ready to surrender and the backbone of the Huerta dictatorship in the north had been broken.
