On Feb. 14, 2013: The Winnipeg Free Press reported that the provincial government was set to introduce a province-wide review of speed limits on highways. According to MPI, city intersections in Winnipeg were the most dangerous locations for collisions between vehicles and pedestrians, with the intersection of Portage Avenue and Cavalier Drive being the most dangerous. Foreign Affairs minister John Baird assured Canadians that Parliament Hill was secure against zombies, in response to a question from Manitoba MP Pat Martin. READ MORE
