Radioactive and uncontained: It was revealed on Thursday that, two years ago, a radioactive thyroid cancer patient left the hospital against medical advice and was tracked to a downtown hotel. Said one official: “We don’t have a legal basis to detain the patient.” Carol Sanders reports. READ MORE
