Trump associate arrested: Roger Stone, a longtime associate of U.S. President Donald Trump, was arrested this morning on criminal charges stemming from special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. Stone is charged in a seven-count indictment with witness tampering, obstruction and making false statements. READ MORE
‘National security’ arrests: The RCMP have made two arrests in Kingston, Ont., as part of a national security investigation, The Canadian Press reports. The police agency will release more information about the case after tweeting Thursday “all actions are being taken to ensure public safety.” READ MORE
