Confusion Corner chaos: Traffic lights at the intersection have been out for more than 14 hours. Police cadets are directing traffic, and Manitoba Hydro is working on repairs. City police said there was no estimate on when the lights would be working and they would send “more support” if needed as the rush hour approached.

Sending shipment: The Town of Churchill will send its first shipment of goods in two years. The MV Aujaq heavy-cargo ship is headed to Nunavut loaded with trucks, construction equipment and boats shipped on the Hudson Bay Railway from Winnipeg. Dylan Robertson reports. READ MORE
