Beautifying the West End: At 2:45 p.m., the West End Business Improvement Zone will officially open the West End Community Crossing, located at the southwest corner of Notre Dame Avenue and Balmoral Street. The new space will include a path through a perennial garden and an arbour, which will include night lighting.
