Renewed rescue effort: A fifth member of a boys soccer team has been rescued from a flooded cave system in Thailand. Four boys were rescued Monday, and divers are working to free more of them today. READ MORE

Urban reserve report: A report that will be presented to the city’s executive policy committee this week recommends approving a deal with Peguis First Nation for an urban reserve.
