Netherlands shooting: Dutch authorities have arrested a third person in connection with Monday’s shooting in Utrecht that left three people dead and five injured. Gokmen Tanis, a 37-year-old man of Turkish descent arrested earlier, is being held on suspicion of “manslaughter with terrorist intent.” READ MORE
