‘Please come forward’: A body pulled from the Red River has been identified as missing woman April Carpenter. “We’re pleading for anybody who might have any information on what happened in between the time April was last seen and when she ended up in the river to please come forward,” a spokesman for her family said. Rule to be resurrected: Trump administration will announce a proposal today to reintroduce a rule banning federally funded family planning clinics from discussing abortion with women or sharing space with abortion providers. Mail bomber found guilty: Guido Amsel was convicted on four counts of attempted murder, and other offences, for mailing several bombs in 2013 and 2015. “I am satisfied beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Amsel knew the lethal nature of the bombs in each of the incidents and that he intended to kill the recipients,” provincial court Judge Tracey Lord said. Royal wedding update: Buckingham Palace announced this morning Prince Charles will walk Meghan Markle down the aisle at the royal wedding Saturday. The American actress is marrying Charles’ youngest son, Prince Harry. Philip — the Duke of Edinburgh and husband of the Queen — will be attending, weeks after he had a hip replaced.
