Cellphone search: A Winnipeg School Division trustee wants the school board to have the power to seize and search students’ and staff member’s cellphones. Mark Wasyliw will table a motion at tonight’s board meeting that would be debated and voted upon later in the month. He said the extraordinary powers he is seeking would have to comply with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. READ MORE
