Wednesday, a judge ordered the city to hold a hearing on the proposed rezoning for the Parker lands and a plan for the area’s development. In Winnipeg, the discovery of 4.5 kg of cocaine aboard a jet from Jamaica indicated ground security at North American airports was too lax, according to police.
