Charges in Fontaine homicide: Police announced Wednesday they have charged three men with the slaying of Jeanenne Chantel Fontaine, who was found in her North End home that was set ablaze two months ago. She was the cousin of Tina Fontaine, 15, whose homicide placed the province’s child welfare system under the microscope after her body was pulled from the Red River in August 2014.
