Pothole patrol: The Great January Meltdown has revealed a rash of potholes across the city that crews are patching around the clock. Nine flat-deck trucks loaded with cold-pliable asphalt were working around the clock on the weekend and Monday, with crews filling up potholes as quickly as they could find them. Aldo Santin reports.
