On Tuesday, nearly a year after being banned from competing, training or communicating with her coaches and teammates, Manitoba curler Briane Harris was cleared to return to the pebbled ice after the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled that she bears no fault or negligence for being exposed to a banned substance.
