'It’s very frustrating'

The massive rubble pile created by a Main Street blaze that destroyed three businesses in February is finally dwindling. While work to haul away debris has now visibly progressed on two of the lots, the owner of Surplus Direct said his cleanup effort has been delayed due to a dispute with the province.
