A Vancouver-based health-care giant is poised to take over operations at Manitoba Clinic, pending court approval, the Free Press has learned. Two physicians at the Manitoba Clinic confirmed the tentative sale.

Doctors at the Manitoba Clinic were told Sept. 22 that a court-appointed monitor had reached an asset purchase agreement with WELL Health Clinic Network Inc.
