MyRightsMatter.ca Launch Event – A Historic Celebrations of Rights and Self-Advocacy

Join us on April 30 at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights for the official launch of MyRightsMatter.ca — a groundbreaking website created by people with disabilities, for people with disabilities.

This free, public event celebrates the voices, leadership, and lived experiences of self-advocates, and highlights the importance of knowing, understanding, and exercising human rights.

Guests will have the opportunity to:
• Learn about rights in an accessible, meaningful way
• Hear directly from self-advocates who helped create the site
• Connect with community members and partners
• Be part of a powerful and historic moment in advancing disability rights
