National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

The City of Selkirk, together with the Selkirk Friendship Centre, invites the community to Selkirk Park (Picnic Shelter 3) on Tuesday, September 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a commemorative ceremony in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
The ceremony will honour the history and lasting legacy of the residential school system, remembering the children who never returned home, the survivors, and the families and communities who continue to be impacted.
Please bring a lawn chair.
