RBC Training Ground finds and funds athletes with Olympic potential. This free national talent identification and athlete funding program gives young athletes (ages 14-25) the chance to test their speed, power, strength and endurance. To date, we have had 28 RBC Training Ground alumni reach their Team Canada dreams by becoming Olympians, with 12 of these 21 athletes bringing home 14 Olympic medals from 4 Olympic Games.
