Here’s the good news…it can’t last forever.
Three days of cloudy skies are in the forecast, but next week should bring oh-so-welcome sunshine.
Today’s forecast calls for light snow finishing this morning, a high of -13C with a wind chill of -28C.
Five more centimetres of snow is expected to fall starting tonight.
Saturday it’s expected the temperature will be -22C, with a wind chill of -33C. There will be blowing snow midday, with northwest winds up to 60 kilometres/hour in the afternoon.
There’s a low of -31C called for on Sunday, with a 60 percent chance of flurries.
Sunny skies are expected Monday, with a low of -32C .
Sunny skies are also in the forecast for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
