Driving conditions in the city this morning are slippery and caution is advised.

Many roads are bare but there are icy spots in a number of junctions and one accident on Sterling Lyon Parkway at Kenaston Blvd. has already been reported this morning due to slick pavement.

In the western part of the province, blowing snow is an issue this morning.

Manitoba Highways is reporting packed snow and blowing snow on Highway 1 near Carberry. Closer to Brandon, conditions are quite difficult with snow covered sections and poor visibility due to swirling snow in traffic.
