WINNIPEG — Two cyclists are in hospital after being hit by cars in two separate incidents this morning, police say.

A female cyclist was hit at Academy Road and Stafford Street just before 7:15 a.m., police said. She was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

A second cyclist was hit an hour later at 8:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Osborne. The cyclist was taken to hospital and appears to be in stable conidition, police said.
