Hey there, time traveller!

WINNIPEG – IF you think downtown Winnipeg is dead after sundown, wait until Saturday night.
That’s when the undead will come out to feed (on braaaaaaains!) for the 4th annual Winnipeg Zombie Walk.
Join your decomposing denizens in the parking lot of the Royal Albert Arms Hotel (48 Albert St.) at 7:30 p.m. to practise your shuffle. The walk begins at 8:15 p.m. Route to be announced that day.
According to Facebook, more than 2,800 rotting corpses are already confirmed.
Local hip-hop band Filthy Animals will be shooting a music video at the walk, so if you want to appear in it, join the event page and be sure to get appropriately “zombie-fied” and stay in character for the duration of the walk.
Remember, zombies don’t actually walk — they lurch and heave and drag rotting limbs behind them. And they groan and moan.
Please bring a non-perishable food item donation for Winnipeg Harvest. Henry’s (photo store) will take them in trade for a zombie photo of yourself, which will be printed on the spot.
If all that’s not enough to satisfy your ghoulish cravings, the End is Nigh Zombie Walk Afterparty (ages 18+) takes place at the Royal Albert at 10 p.m. Music will be provided by The Animalistics, Filthy Animals, Zombie Assault and The Prostitots. Admission is $7.
