LAVAL, Que. — Warnex Inc. said Friday it has sold its medical lab division for $7.5 million to Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, one of Canada’s largest providers of medical lab services.
Warnex (TSX:WNX) said Gamma-Dynacare will provide jobs to the 25 employees in its medical laboratories division.
Gamma-Dynacare is headquartered in Brampton, Ont. The company operates four laboratories in Ontario, one in Montreal and three in Winnipeg and has more than 200 patient-services centres in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
