A man who fell from the fourth floor of Winnipeg Millennium Library is alive but listed in critical condition, police said Thursday.
Authorities locked down the Graham Avenue library — the city’s largest — at about 1:30 p.m.
Witnesses said it appeared the man deliberately jumped.
