Hey there, time traveller!

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will stick with what worked for them in a 26-25 victory over the Montreal Alouettes last week for their game Friday night at Canad Inns Stadium against the Toronto Argonauts.
For the first time this season, the Bombers have made no changes to their 46-man roster heading into what will be the final regular season CFL game ever played at Canad Inns Stadium.
The decision to remain status quo means that for the second week in a row, veteran Bombers centre Obby Khan will be in a backup role as Brendan LaBatte again takes one step to the right and Chris Greaves fills in for LaBatte at guard. Punter Jamie Boreham will also again do the kicking in place of Mike Renaud.

The Bombers have a magic number of two to clinch first place in the East Division, meaning any combination of Bombers wins or Montreal Alouettes losses totalling two and the Bombers will host the East final. The Alouettes host the Calgary Stampeders on Sunday.
Toronto has a 4-12 season record and is playing for not much more than pride Friday night, but Bombers head coach Paul LaPolice and quarterback Buck Pierce were saying all the right things about not looking ahead following a light workout at a foggy Canad Inns Stadium Thursday morning.
“We’re facing a very good football team. I don’t care what their record is,” LaPolice told his weekly pre-game news conference. “They’re pro football players and they get paid to win football games, no matter what their season outcome is at this point.”
The Bombers have beaten the Argos twice this season, but lost the last meeting between the two teams Sept. 24 at Rogers Centre in what was an injury-riddled affair that saw seven Winnipeg players leave the game due to injury.
“It’s a big ball game for this organization,” Pierce said Thursday, “and a big ball game for them as well. They want momentum going into the last two games for them as well. We’ve got to be sharp and we have to play well…
“It’s the same story. We have to be physical up front, we got to be able to run the football and we got to handle their different looks in the secondary. I’m sure they’ll come up with some new things and be eager to make some plays.”
The Argos are scheduled to hold a light workout at Canad Inns Stadium Thursday afternoon.
