Watch Winnipeg magician Brian Glow pull a fast one with a carrot and a deck of cards in an online video, and make vegetables appear like magic for the local food bank.
That’s the pitch Glow and Peak of the Market’s CEO Larry McIntosh began making last month, and today they announced that it has resulted in a whopping donation of a half-million pounds of vegetables to Winnipeg Harvest.
McIntosh agreed to donate 10 pounds for each view of Glow’s Vanishing Vegetables YouTube video. To date it has been viewed by more than 53,000.
