INCIDENT 345
When: Sept. 21
Where: 600 block of Westminster Avenue
A man put his cellphone down on a table in a bar and when he went to retrieve it he discovered someone had stolen it. He had an app on his phone that takes a photo of everyone who attempts to enter a password. He retrieved this photo from his home computer.
INCIDENT 346
When: Sept. 18
Where: 300 block of St. Mary Avenue
A man entered an optical store and walked around the store for several minutes. After he left, an employee noticed numerous pairs of expensive prescription glasses had been stolen. The store’s security cameras captured the suspect on video.
