Hey there, time traveller!

Water meter readers are on the streets again.
Starting Wednesday, and continuing until the end of August, City of Winnipeg water meter readers will be visiting homes weekdays between 2:30 p.m. and dusk.
They will be dressed in dark blue pants or shorts, and a light blue striped shirt with a City of Winnipeg Water and Waste logo over the pocket. All readers wear photo identification and carry a handheld computer.
Meter readings are required four times a year. The City mails a meter-reading reminder card three times a year from September to May and visits homes during the summer (from May to August) to read the water meter.
For more information on water meter reading or billing, contact the utility billing centre at 204-986-2455 or by email at utilitybill@winnipeg.ca or visit the City of Winnipeg website.
