The Water Bus is back up and motoring along the Red and Assiniboine rivers for the first time in three years.

Starting July 11, buses will be making stops at five docks throughout Winnipeg.

Lower water levels have finally allowed the Water Bus to operate again, said Paul Jordan, CEO of The Forks North Portage Partnership.

The bus will operate Monday to Thursday from noon to 9 p.m., and Friday to Sunday from noon until 11 p.m.

No reservations are required and the service runs every 15 minutes. Docks include the Hugo, the Manitoba Legislature, The Forks, Norwood Grove, and the Exchange District.

Rates are $3.50 one way or $20 for an unlimited day pass. Children three and under are free. For more information on Splash Dash, and Splash Dash Tour boats, go to splashdash.ca.
