Hey there, time traveller!

After more than 20 years building custom homes in and around Winnipeg, Dynasty Homes has ventured into an exciting new project.
Established in 1982, Dynasty Homes is now expanding its efforts into property development and has entered into an agreement with Winfield Development Canada to build an exclusive, premier development in south Tuxedo.
Not only will the company be developing the area, to be called Foxborough Cove, it will also be the exclusive builder for the community.
“Choosing Dynasty Homes to create this development comes as no surprise,” says Dan Thiessen, who together with his partner Abe Friesen have been marketing custom built homes for the builder since its inception.
“Dynasty Homes is well known for creating designs that are as varied as its clients and has built a solid reputation second to none in the industry, catering to those with discriminating tastes.
“The homes of Foxborough Cove will exemplify this reputation in design and quality.”
The exclusive development will feature a total of 17 individual, custom-built bungalows in a prestigious location with a very private setting. Foxborough Cove, which is a unique, fully-fenced community, is situated east of Shaftesbury Boulevard and south of Park Place West bordering Shindleman Park.
With homes starting at $300,000, Mr. Thiessen says there is no compromise in this exclusive development. Dynasty Homes has architectural guidelines in place to secure home values well into the future. These guidelines include steel beams, wood structural floors and professional interior design service.
Building has already started in Foxborough Cove. You’ll have a chance to see the community first hand during the 2003 Spring Parade of Homes and beyond.
Dynasty’s show home is located at 17 – 201 Litchfield Boulevard. Boasting over 2,000 square feet, the Concorde is an impressive two-bedroom bungalow that showcases Dynasty Homes’ attention to quality that will impress the most discerning buyer.
“Our prime focus is quality without compromise,” says Thiessen. “This is a truly luxurious and elegant two bedroom bungalow – it will surpass your expectations.”
Dynasty Homes will also be represented during the Parade with a second show home in Linden Ridge Estates. Located at 2 Castle Ridge Drive, the Marlton is a 1,697 square foot bungalow situated on a park lot with a view of the lake.
The Linden Ridge house features an open great room concept with another 1,100 square feet of fully functional living space in the lower level. This contemporary home is sun-drenched by an abundance of windows and features hardwood floors and maple cabinetry.
“Quality and craftsmanship radiate throughout,” Mr. Thiessen says. “If you’re looking for more than mediocrity, this is the house for you.”
The mandate of Dynasty Homes is to provide quality without compromise, the kind of quality and craftsmanship that lasts a lifetime. Mr. Thiessen says Dynasty builds custom homes suited to each buyer’s individual style.
Regardless of the price range, he says workmanship and materials are never compromised. The same skilled tradespeople work on every home that the company builds.
