Hey there, time traveller!

Jacob Trouba scored twice, and Connor Hellebuyck once again stood on his head as the Jets skated to a 4-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings at the MTS Centre Tuesday night.
Trouba opened the scoring with a short-handed marker in the first period, and then extended his team’s lead to 4-0 midway through the second for his second two-goal game of his career. Sandwiched between those goals were markers from captain Andrew Ladd and Alexander Burmistrov.
Hellebuyck made 33 saves for his seventh win in 10 starts this season.
The Jets improve to 17-17-2 with the victory, while the Red Wings fall to 18-12-7 with the loss and have now dropped their last two games.
Early in the game it looked as if the Jets may be in a bit of trouble as Adam Lowry was called for a four-minute high-sticking penalty after his stick caught the face of Red Wings forward Henrik Zetterberg just 50 seconds into the opening period. But it was the Jets who would capitalize, with Jacob Trouba taking a pass on the right side before ripping a shot top-shelf over the glove of goalie Jimmy Howard for his third goal of the season and second career short-handed marker.
Winnipeg would double their lead minutes later on a 5-on-3 power play. Andrew Ladd, positioned in front of the net, took a pass from Blake Wheeler and quickly snapped a shot that beat Howard’s blocker. It was the 10th goal of the year for Ladd and first in his last four games.
That lead would be doubled in the second period, courtesy of goals from Alexander Burmistrov and Trouba, whose second goal of the game was the last for Howard who was pulled from the net after allowing four goals on 14 shots.
The Red Wings would attempt a comeback in the third period as Pavel Datsyuk converted a shot on the power play just 1:52 into the frame. But a strong defensive effort from the Jets, along with stellar goaltending from Hellebuyck would spoil any addition spark from the visitors.
