The Winnipeg Blue Bombers continued their post-season signings on Monday, announcing a new two-year deal for non-import safety Derek Jones.

Last week, the CFL team came to terms with veteran offensive linemen Patrick Neufeld and Jermarcus Hardrick.

Jones has played four seasons — 72 games — with the Bombers since being drafted in 2014. In 2017, he recorded 11 special teams tackles, eight defensive tackles and one quarterback sack. Jones also has six career blocked punts, including two in 2017.
