The Fort Garry Women’s Resource Centre hosted its ninth annual fundraiser at the Park Theatre on May 17. The event featured performances by Cat Jahnke and Ashley Burdett. Now in operation for 35 years, the resource centre is a not-for-profit, feminist organization that supports women to engage in healthy life choices for themselves and their families, offering counselling and workshops focused on general health, mental health and self-care.
