Enjoy your articles. I have an old hockey game that I would appreciate your comments and some indication of value.
My hockey game is complete with all six original National Hockey League teams. It likewise is in excellent condition. It is exactly 65 years old, as I got it as a Christmas gift when I was 10 years of age.
Any info you can provide is appreciated.

Back in the day there were two major manufacturers of tabletop hockey games, Munroe and Eagle.
Eagle toys had the licensing rights from the NHL to use their logos and crests, Munroe did not.
This makes the Eagle games more desirable. These games originally came with players from the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens.
The earlier game featured stationary players. Later the players could move back and forth.
The model of your game was first issued in 1956. The extra teams add extra value. I would value your set with the six teams in excellent condition at $150 to $200.
