— Charmaine
Echo
This cute boy is sure enjoying his second Christmas with us. He discovered the Christmas tree skirt and other nice decorations — like the Nativity scene!
— Roberto Winter
Ruby Tuesday
Meet Ruby Tuesday. A rescue cat from Winnipeg Humane Society, precious Ruby is a two-year-old medium-hair orange tabby whose favourite pastime is watching the chickadees from her many perches. She is loved.
— D. Christensen
Maggie
Here is Maggie dressed as one of Santa’s reindeer. He is 11 years old and lives on a farm near Fisher Branch. He is adored by the whole family, but especially by my two granddaughters. He was found in a ditch when he was a kitten and there was a mix-up on his gender, thus the name. He just moves from lap to lap. What a spoiled cat!
— Joe Corbett
Max and Tayko
Here are Max and Tayko, two cute little Yorkies who enjoy every day but especially Christmastime. Max (left) is shown visiting with Tayko for a little Christmas fun. Max is about nine years old, while my dog Tayko is a playful three-year-old.
— James Roberts
Suzy
This is Suzy, our mini-schnauzer. She patiently waits for her Christmas picture to be taken, then off comes the hat.
— Shelly Bell
Bailee
Bailee is an 11-year, eight-month-old shih tzu. Dog toys will be squeaking for her at Christmas. Bailee is so sweet and gentle with everyone she meets.
— Elaine Stevenson
Rio and Jude
Here are my two rescue fur babies with Santa. Rio is seven and she was rescued as a pup. Jude is 12 and she became part of our family last year.
— Lisa Laudinsky
Bailey
This is Bailey. He is a 10-month-old Cockapoo puppy. He is the official shortbread taster and loving his first Christmas.
— Lynn
Luna
Luna our 15-year-old much-loved cat and is the only present we need under our tree this year. Here she is waiting for Santa to bring her some treats.
— Tannia and Doug Johnston
Quincy
This is my English golden retriever Quincy who is so excited about Christmas he was waiting for Santa Paws to come down the chimney. He loves this time of the year and cold weather.
— Cathy McFee
Kiera
Here is Kiera, with sugarplum fairies dancing through her head.
— Roberta
Pixie
This is our beautiful dog Pixie. She is our rescue dog from Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue. My husband and I were lucky enough to be chosen to be her puppy parents when she was eight months old. Now she is 3½ years old and still full of energy and kisses. Pixie has brought nothing to us but happiness and joy ever since we got her.
— Colleen and Bob Martin
Penny
Here’s a pic of Penny having snuggles with Christmas decorations surrounding her.

Cooper
This is a photo of Cooper, a 10-month-old Chug — a Chihuahua/pug mix. His underbite makes him look like he is always smiling, which in turn makes anyone who sees him want to smile as well.
— Cherie Pinkerton
Nacho
Nacho, our 13-year-old shih tzu, is having a little snooze by the Christmas tree to prepare for Santa’s arrival.
— Charlene and Braden Baraniuk
Bozley and Luna
Bozley and Luna are both rescue pugs. Bozley will be 15 years young in January and Luna is celebrating her 11th birthday on Christmas Eve.
