Police received 55 reports of a stolen vehicle in North York between May 5 and May 11. That’s up from 35 reported for the previous week. Two auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a driveway around Abbeywood Trail and Barrydale Crescent on Friday, May 6 at about 9 p.m.; and a driveway around Banbury Road and Barrydale Crescent on Saturday, May 7 at around 2 a.m. A total of 13 vehicles have been reported stolen in Banbury-Don Mills in 2022.

Bathurst Manor

Four auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a driveway around Bryant Street and Searle Avenue on Friday, May 6 at around 10 p.m.; a curbside near Dufferin Street and G Ross Lord Park Trail on Saturday, May 7 at about 1 a.m.; a driveway around Hove Street and Waterloo Avenue on Monday, May 9 at about 2 a.m.; and a curbside around Garthdale Court and Stanstead Drive on Monday, May 9 at around 10 p.m. A total of 19 vehicles have been reported stolen in Bathurst Manor in 2022.

Bayview Village

Four auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a driveway near Bayview Avenue and Blithfield Avenue on Wednesday, May 4 at about 10 p.m.; a driveway near Bridget Court and Clarinda Drive on Wednesday, May 4 at about 10 p.m.; a curbside around Elkhorn Drive and Hawksbury Drive on Friday, May 6 at about 7 p.m.; and a driveway around Burbank Drive and Windham Drive on Tuesday, May 10 at about 3 a.m. A total of eight vehicles have been reported stolen in Bayview Village in 2022.

One auto theft was reported at the following location: a driveway near Covewood Street and Tarbert Road on Thursday, May 5 at around 9 p.m. A total of three vehicles have been reported stolen in Bayview Woods-Steeles in 2022.

Black Creek

Four auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a curbside near Driftwood Avenue and Stong Court on Thursday, May 5 at around 10 p.m.; a curbside around Driftwood Avenue and Stong Court on Friday, May 6 at around 10 a.m.; a curbside near Jane Street and Shoreham Drive on Friday, May 6 at around 1 p.m.; and a curbside near Gosford Boulevard and Shoreham Drive on Sunday, May 8 at about 8 p.m. A total of 23 vehicles have been reported stolen in Black Creek in 2022.

Bridle Path-Sunnybrook-York Mills

One auto theft was reported at the following location: a curbside near Donwoods Drive and Scotch Elmway on Wednesday, May 4 at around 11 p.m. A total of 18 vehicles have been reported stolen in Bridle Path-Sunnybrook-York Mills in 2022.

Clanton Park

Two auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a curbside around Billy Bishop Way and Dufferin Street on Saturday, May 7 at about 12 p.m.; and a parking lot around Transit Road and Wilson Avenue on Tuesday, May 10 at about 6 a.m. A total of 42 vehicles have been reported stolen in Clanton Park in 2022.

Downsview-Roding-CFB

Three auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a curbside around Julian Road and Wilson Avenue on Thursday, May 5 at around 3 p.m.; a curbside around Dallner Road and Wilson Avenue on Friday, May 6 at about 3 p.m.; and a parking lot around Wilson Avenue and Winston Park Boulevard on Monday, May 9 at around 1 a.m. A total of 72 vehicles have been reported stolen in Downsview-Roding-CFB in 2022.

Flemingdon Park

One auto theft was reported at the following location: a curbside near Dufresne Court and Grenoble Drive on Sunday, May 8 at around 9 p.m. A total of six vehicles have been reported stolen in Flemingdon Park in 2022.

Glenfield-Jane Heights

Three auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a parking lot near Finch Avenue West and Jane Street on Friday, May 6 at around 2 p.m.; a driveway near Arleta Avenue and Tina Court on Tuesday, May 10 at around 2 a.m.; and a driveway near Blossom Crescent and Firgrove Crescent on Tuesday, May 10 at around 11 p.m. A total of 57 vehicles have been reported stolen in Glenfield-Jane Heights in 2022.

One auto theft was reported at the following location: a driveway around Apted Avenue and Riverside Drive on Monday, May 9 at about 8 a.m. A total of 45 vehicles have been reported stolen in Humber Summit in 2022.

Lansing-Westgate

Two auto thefts were reported at the following locations: a driveway near Westgate Boulevard and Westgate Crescent on Wednesday, May 4 at around 9 p.m.; and a curbside around Don River Boulevard and Sheppard Avenue West on Sunday, May 8 at about 10 p.m. A total of 17 vehicles have been reported stolen in Lansing-Westgate in 2022.
