Hey there, time traveller!

The city is willing to spirit away your Halloween pumpkin.
Pumpkins are included in Winnipeg’s curbside yard waste collection program, but residents will have to be quick — there are only a few pickup days remaining.
Residents in collection area “A” can put pumpkins — along with leaves and other yard waste — in paper bags, cardboard boxes or reusable containers without a lid, and leave outside for pickup until the week of Nov. 21-25. Residents in collection area “B” have until the week of Nov. 28-Dec. 2
Pumpkins cannot have candles inside or decorations on the outside.
As well, residents are being reminded not to rake leaves onto the street because they can not only plug street drains, but lead to basement flooding in the area.
To determine your collection area, go to winnipeg.ca/collectionday or call 311.
