A woman in her 40s was in stable condition after being hit by a vehicle in Westwood Wednesday morning.
The pedestrian was in critical condition when she was taken to hospital after the collision occurred at Westwood Drive and McBey Avenue around 7 a.m., Winnipeg police said.
The driver remained at the scene, said police.
Traffic division officers are investigating the collision.
Police continue to investigate at least six fatal collisions which occurred in Winnipeg since Oct. 9.
Four of the victims were pedestrians.
