Where: St. James Street and Ness Avenue
The victim was waiting for a bus when he was attacked by an unknown male who stole his jacket and watch. The suspect fled on foot before police could arrive.
Incident: 1305
When: March 30, 2023
Where: 300 block of Portage Avenue
The victim was approached from behind and without provocation, punched in the face. The suspect, a male, then fled on foot. The victim is a recent Ukrainian refugee and speaks very little English. As a result, no words were exchanged between the victim and suspect.
