Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion
International Day of Persons with Disabilities, observed worldwide on December 3rd, 2023, is a time to recognize and celebrate the valuable contributions of people with disabilities in life and in the workplace. It is an opportunity to raise awareness about the challenges they face and promote an inclusive society that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. An annual event, International Day of Persons with Disabilities is hosted by the United Nations and encourages business leaders across the globe to value the unique contributions of disabled people.
The Work Wellness Institute Supports
At the Work Wellness Institute, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture where everyone, regardless of their abilities, is not only included but also thrives. One way we wish to promote inclusion is through the 2024 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Calendar.
