Jets top prospect Brad Lambert named to AHL All-Star Classic

One of the Winnipeg Jets’ top prospects, Brad Lambert, has been named to the American Hockey League All-Star Classic, set for Feb. 4 and 5 in San Jose, Calif.

Lambert, the 30th pick overall in the 2022 NHL Draft, has 24 points in 26 games with the affiliate Manitoba Moose this season, tied for the team lead and sixth among AHL rookies. His 11 goals also lead the Moose.

The 20-year-old Finn has enjoyed seven multi-point games this season, including four in his past eight games. Lambert is the first Moose rookie to be named to the All-Star Classic since Mason Appleton and Sami Niku in 2018.

Lambert is in his first full season of professional hockey after a successful junior career that saw him record 64 points in 43 games with the Seattle Thunderbirds en route to winning the Western Hockey League championship last year.
