Woman charged in Island Lake child death

A woman is in custody after the death of a child in Wasagamack First Nation Saturday.
Mounties say Island Lake RCMP responded to the community for the death of a one-year-old boy. The death is being investigated as a homicide.
A 26-year-old woman was arrested and the investigation is ongoing.
