NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — Terence Harcum’s 22 points helped Appalachian State defeat Old Dominion 82-67 on Thursday night.
Harcum was 8 of 16 shooting (4 for 9 from 3-point range) for the Mountaineers (23-5, 13-2 Sun Belt Conference). Myles Tate scored 14 points and added six rebounds and five assists. Tre’Von Spillers shot 5 of 11 from the field to finish with 12 points, while adding 11 rebounds. Donovan Gregory also had 12 points.
The Monarchs (6-22, 2-13) were led in scoring by Devin Ceaser, who finished with 22 points. Old Dominion also got 19 points from Chaunce Jenkins. Tyrone Williams also put up 11 points. The loss is the sixth straight for the Monarchs.
