Valour re-sign Winnipegger Ohin

Raphael Ohin will return to Valour FC for a sixth season.

The 28-year-old midfielder from Winnipeg made two appearances last year before suffering a season-ending injury. In 2021, he saw action in 28 games, totalling 2,135 minutes played with one goal and two assists.

He initially joined the organization in its inaugural campaign back in 2019 after spending three years with WSA Winnipeg of the Professional Development League (PDL), where he scored five goals.

“Raph is an important player for this club,” said head coach and general manager Phillip Dos Santos in a release. “He had to fight hard and overcome a lot of adversity over the past couple of years. We believe that he’s fully recovered and ready to help the team reach its objectives.”
