RCMP are searching for a suspect after a man was slain in Mosakahiken Cree Nation.
A warrant for second-degree murder has been issued for Terrence Head-Martin, 18, police said Tuesday.
Head-Martin is believed to be in the community or in The Pas.
Police were called about an unresponsive 29-year-old man and found him dead inside a home on Sinclair Street in the First Nation at about 6:25 a.m. Friday.
RCMP are asking anyone with information about the case to call the Moose Lake detachment at 204-678-2399 and not to approach Head-Martin if they see him.
Mosakahiken is located at Moose Lake, about 700 km northwest of Winnipeg.
