Pedestrian, 75, dies after being hit by vehicle at Corydon Avenue and Lilac Street

A pedestrian has died after he was struck by a vehicle earlier this month.

The 75-year-old man was transported to hospital in unstable condition after he was hit in the area of Corydon Avenue and Lilac Street at about 9:43 a.m. on Oct. 3.

The driver of the black 2022 Kia Seltos remained at the scene and spoke with police.

The pedestrian died from his injuries on Oct. 11.

The Winnipeg Police Service is asking anyone with information about the crash, or video, to contact traffic investigators at 204-986-7085, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 204-786-8477 (TIPS) or online.
