Missing man driving U-Haul van found

A missing 60-year-old man who had last been seen in the North End has been found and is safe.

David Alsop was seen in the area of Dufferin Avenue and Salter Street at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Winnipeg Police Service said.

The WPS said Wednesday morning that Alsop had been found, fewer than 90 minutes after asking for the public’s help in finding him.
