Firefighter taken to hospital after injury

A firefighter was taken to hospital in stable condition after being injured at the scene of a house fire early Friday.

Crews were sent to the fire on the 400 block of Magnus Avenue at 2:47 a.m. and declared the fire under control at 3:09 a.m.

Everyone inside the house got out before crews arrived.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
