The Louise Bridge is expected to be closed until the end of July so workers can make more repairs.
The City of Winnipeg closed the bridge for its annual inspection and maintenance May 23. The inspection uncovered corrosion that must be fixed before the bridge can reopen, the city said in a news release Friday.
The bridge remains open to pedestrians and cyclists, but access might be closed intermittently.
